The flavors and textures of our Carpaccio di Ricciola promises to delight the senses with its simplicity. The amberjack carpaccio is thinly sliced, and paired with the subtle crunch of fennel seeds and the sweet tanginess of sun-dried tomatoes. The addition of black olive powder and  the balsamic caviar adds a touch of fun.


The Arancini Funghi Selvatici e Tartufo showcases the rustic charm of wild mushrooms with the luxurious aroma of black truffles. At its heart lies a creamy risotto rice, lovingly crafted and infused with the richness of cheese. Each golden orb is lovingly encased in a crispy breadcrumb coating, creating a contrast of textures that delights the senses.




Ms.Jigger’s Risotto al Taleggio con Salsiccia Italiana, celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the Italian countryside. At its heart lies a creamy risotto made with Taleggio cheese, and the addition of Italian sausage, porcini mushrooms, and black truffle gives nice complexity. Also, their Gnocchi al Granchio con Pomodorini e Rucola shows a pillowy soft texture with the sweetness of cherry tomatoes and the peppery bite of rocket leaves.




Want some protein? Tagliata di Manzo con Rucola offers the rich flavors of Angus rib-eye steak with a modern twist. Each succulent slice of steak is expertly grille, resulting in a tender texture and a rich flavor. Also, the Nasello al Forno con Vellutata di Topinambur is delicious. The fillet has a tender texture, so you may want to drink some nice white wines.




Conclude your meal on a sweet note with our Pannacotta con Cioccolato e Frutti di Bosco, a classic Italian dessert. Chef explained that he put amaretto – and made it in his unique style. Whether enjoyed on its own or shared with loved ones, Pannacotta is always delightful.
